Case 13 History ---- The patient was a 64-year-old man with history of headaches for six months and right homonymous hemianopsia. Computed tomography showed a 4.5 cm heterogeneously enhancing mass in the left parieto-occipital region, interpreted as being intra-axial, with surrounding low density edema. The surgeon's intra-operative impression is that the mass was associated with the dura. Operative procedure: Craniotomy for resection of left parieto-occipital tumor. ---- 13A The meningioma is well seen in this CT scan.
