Case 14 History ---- The patient was a 62 year old woman presenting with episodic aphasia. Her past medical history significant for multiple sclerosis. Brain MRI shows a 4.5 cm, extra-axial, dura-based mass in the left frontal lobe, with some surrounding edema. Operative procedure: Resection. ---- 14A1,2 These T1-weighted scans without (14A1) and with (14A2) contrast shows a dura based tumor.
