Case 15 History ---- The patient was a 51 year old woman presenting with left foot numbness, headaches, and a seizure. Brain MRI showed a 4.8 cm post-contrast enhancing parafalcine mass with invasion into the superior sagittal sinus and right parietal bone. Operative procedure: Tumor excision. ---- 15A1-3 Brain MRI presented as MPRAGE (15A1), T1-weighted without contrast (15A2) and T2-weighted (15A3) scans showed a 4.8 cm post-contrast enhancing parafalcine mass with invasion into the superior sagittal sinus and right parietal bone.
