Case 19 History ---- The patient was a 68 year old man who underwent a cochlear implantation procedure in 08/2014. Subsequently, he developed persistent hesitancy of speech, and had experienced seizures and increasing right sided weakness. Computed tomography in 03/2015 showed a hyperdense, enhancing, extra-axial mass with surrounding edema in the high left frontal region. Radiological diagnosis: Meningioma. Operative procedure: Left frontal craniotomy for tumor resection. ---- 19A Computed tomography showed a hyperdense, enhancing, extra-axial mass with surrounding edema in the high left frontal region.
