Reactivity for cytokeratin 7 shows a similar pattern, staining with greater disparity between the epithelial tumor cells and the surrounding tumor. ---- Ancillary studies: Sections stained for cytokeratin 20 and for progesterone receptor show no reactivity. Nuclear reactivity for proliferation marker Ki67 (MIB-1 antibody) is present in approximately 40-50% of tumor cells.
