This is a spindle cell neoplasm with abundant tumor necrosis. The tumor focally forms whorls and fascicles. Hypercellularity and sheeting architecture are also appreciated but small cell change and macronucleoli are not. Mitotic activity is brisk (focally >20/10HPF).
