The tumor cells have abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm with marked pleomorphism; the nuclei are vesicular with most of them containing macronucleoli. An occasional nucleus has intranuclear cytoplasmic pseudo-inclusions. Mitoses are frequent and the count, focally, reaches up to 24/10HPF.
