25C1-3 FISH was performed utilizing probes against BCR, NF2, 1p32, 14q32, CEP9, and the p16 region on 9p21. In this particular case, the tumor cells show evidence of deletions involving 22q, 1p, and 14q. Additionally, there are chromosome 9 deletions, including homozygous deletions of the p16 region.
