The glandular formations are also cytokeratin immunoreactive with focal interglandular positivity (CK7 IHC) ---- Ancillary data (not shown): The Ki-67 proliferative index is high. Desmin, SMA, BRST-2, ER/PR, CDX2, collagen IV and CD34 are all negative. There is focal pericellular reticulin deposition. Cytokeratin 20, TTF1 and PSA are all negative.
