2C3-5 The tumor grows in multiple patterns. The first pattern consists of cells having a sheet-like epithelioid appearance, some in whorls. Some tumor cells have abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm, exhibit severe pleomorphism including some bizarre forms and have prominent nucleoli.
