3A1-3 MRI in May 2016 showed a large mass centered on the right sphenoid wing, exhibiting aberrant enhancement and measuring 4.9 x 7.7 x 4.5 cm. The mass extended to the right sphenoid sinus and posterior aspect of the nasal septum, crossing the midline. The mass encases the right internal carotid artery and right cavernous sinus and extends to Meckel’s cave with extension of tumor through the right foramen ovale. The pituitary and sella were effaced by the mass. The mass extends to the right orbital apex and encases the pre-chiasmatic optic nerve. ---- 3A1,2 T1-weighted axial and coronal images with contrast.
