Case 5 History ---- The patient was a 72-year-old man with a history of hypertension and bladder cancer, who presented with three months of worsening right-sided weakness. MRI showed a large left convexity dural-based mass consistent with a meningioma. Operative procedure: Craniotomy for tumor excision ---- 5A1-3 The tumor is shown in T1-weighted post contrast (5A1,2) and T2-weighted with contrast (5A3) scans.
