The neoplasm is composed of round to ovoid cells with a moderate amount of cytoplasm. There are areas with significant nuclear atypia with prominent nucleoli, extensive tumor necrosis and 24 mitoses/10HPF.The first H&E images show a pseudo-papillary appearance contributed by areas of necrosis with perivascular sparing.
