Case 7 History ---- The patient was a 59-year-old man with history of childhood craniospinal radiation therapy for a posterior fossa medulloblastoma that was resected in 1964. In 2012, he presented with ataxia, dizziness and left arm weakness. Imaging revealed a right frontal extra-axial lesion which was resected in 07/2012 with a diagnosis of "atypical meningioma with prominent papillary areas". In 03/2013, recurrent enhancing nodules (2.4 x 2.0 cm anteriorly, and 0.9 x 0.8 cm posteriorly) along the right frontal resection bed were treated with gamma-knife radiosurgery. ---- The most recent head CT demonstrates a very large new lesion that was not present six months ago in the posterior frontal region, as well as an anterior frontal lesion and numerous smaller lesions over the convexity and adjacent to the falx. Operative procedure: Right frontal craniotomy for resection of multiple meningiomas.
