Case 8 History ---- The patient was a 90 year old man with a right intra-diploic skull lesion. Operative procedure: Biopsy ---- 8A1-3 The right intra-diploic skull lesion shows a malignant neoplasm composed of poorly differentiated round to ovoid epithelial cells with scant to moderate amounts of focally vacuolated eosinophilic cytoplasm, moderate to marked nuclear atypia, focally prominent nucleoli, and scattered mitoses.
