8B1,2 The tumor cells show focal, modest immunoreactivity for EMA (8B1) as well as CK7 (8B2), vimentin (8B3), pan-cytokeratin and but no immunoreactivity for CK20, prostate specific antigen (PSA), prostate specific acid phosphatase (PSAP), S100 protein, progesterone receptors, thyroid transcription factor-1 (TTF-1), and thyroglobulin. A CD45 immunostain highlights a lymphohistiocytic infiltrate but no tumor cell reactivity. The MIB-1 labeling index is 10-20%.
