Case 11 History ---- The patient was a 54 year old man who reported occasional dizzy spells for the greater portion of a year. MRI evaluation showed at least two dural based lesions, the largest measuring 4.7cm located in the right frontal lobe. It was extra axial and has a central necrotic region. Operative procedure: Stealth craniotomy for resection of brain tumor. ---- MRI studies show a hypointense mass with edema (FLAIR)
