Case 14 History ---- The patient was a 49 year old woman with history of headache and brain MRI demonstrating a large dural based lesion involving the right frontal and right anterior fossa regions with secondary mass effect, most consistent with meningioma. Operative procedure: Craniotomy with right frontal tumor resection. ---- 14A1-3 MRI examination shows the tumor is minimally increased in intensity by FLAIR (14A1), T2-weighted without (14A2) and hyperintense with (14A3) contrast.
