2C Meningioma, (Case 2) PR.jpg
Reactivity for progesterone receptor (PR) is variable, ranging up to approximately 30-40%, focally. ---- Ancillary data (not shown): Immunohistochemically stained sections show reactivity for proliferation marker Ki-67 (MIB-1 antibody) in very few tumor cell nuclei (< 1%). These histomorphological, histochemical and immunohistochemical features are consistent with angiomatous meningioma, WHO grade I. Sampled regions of the intrinsic brain neoplasm do show glioblastoma but no reactivity for mutant IDH1.
