Case 3 History ---- The patient was a 52-year-old man with a history of a syncopal seizure episode while driving. MRI exam showed a heterogenously enhancing mass arising from the tentorium in the right temporal lobe. Operative procedure: Right craniotomy for tumor excision. ---- 3A1-3 MRI examination of a right temporal lobe mass as shown with FLAIR (3A1), T1-weighted with contrast (3A2) and T2-weighted (3A3) scans.
