Ki-67 (MIB-1 antibody) highlights a proliferation index up to 12.8% in the tumor cells ---- Ancillary data (not shown): Immunohistochemical stains show the tumor cells to be patchy and focally positive for EMA and PR. Scattered microscopic foci of brain invasion are noted (B7, B8). ---- Comment: The histopathological and immunohistochemical findings are consistent with atypical meningioma with focal angiomatous features, WHO grade II.
