Note the intranuclear inclusions (which are not an "atypical feature"). (H&E) ---- The collective features are consistent with atypical meningioma, CNS WHO grade 2. This tumor meets criteria for grade 2 based on the mitotic rate and the presence of more than 3 of the 5 atypical histologic features.
