Case 1 History ---- The patient was a 70 year old man with a history of left facial droop secondary to right temporal meningioma who was found unresponsive at home and brought to BJC where a 45 minute attempt at resuscitation failed. ---- 1A1,2 This specimen of temporal lobe shows an irregular surface which hints as brain invasion. (H&E).
