Case 20 History ---- The patient is a 54-year-old male who presented with visual disturbances for 6 months and imaging showing a large anterior cranial fossa mass. ---- 20A1-3 This atypical meningioma shows a marked degree of brain invasion as viewed at 3 magnifications. The “knobbly” appearance of the tumor surface prompts a search for possible invasive tumor. (H&E)
