21C Meningioma, brain invasion (Case 21) EMA 2X
The tumor cells were strongly positive for EMA and (not shown) weakly positive for PR. Ki-67 identifies a proliferation index of 4.7%. Mayo clinic chromosomal microarray and in house FISH analysis showed monosomy of chromosome 1, loss 10q/monosomy 10, loss of 14q and monosomy of chromosome 22. The tumor is negative for homozygous deletion of CDKN2A.
