Case 3 History ---- The patient was a 66-year-old man with a past history of meningioma in 2007, which was operated on at an outside hospital, presenting 7 years later with a recurrent tumor in the left frontoparietal brain. Operative procedure: Tumor excision. ---- 3A1,2 A typical meningioma with small cell change forms islands of brain invasion into gliotic brain. (H&E)
