5C1,2 GFAP immunostaining reveals thin extensions of neuropil ramifying extensively between and around 'fingers' of tumor tissue. The tumor meets WHO histological and mitotic index criteria for the diagnosis: atypical meningioma, WHO Grade 2 with brain invasion.
