Case 1 History ---- The patient was a 72-year-old woman with an anaplastic meningioma s/p resections 3 years and 1 year previously. She presented with seizures. MRI showed tumor recurrence. Operative procedure: Craniotomy for tumor excision. ---- MRI studies: 8A1,2 The massive size of this neoplasm is well seen in these FLAIR (8A1) and T2-weighted contrast administered (8A2) scans.
