Case 4 History ---- The patient was a 36-year-old female with an extra-axial mass abutting the left parietal convexity measuring 3.7 x 4.1 x 3.2 cm. Operative procedure: Stealth-guided left parietal craniotomy for tumor resection. ---- 4A1,2 MRI studies showed an isointense signal to gray matter on CT scans, and was T1 isointense with avid, homogeneous enhancement (4A1), and T2 bright (4A2). A dural tail associated with the mass was present. There is minimal vasogenic edema and mass-effect in the left parietal lobe.
