Case 6 History ---- The patient is a 68 year old man with a history of colon cancer, status post resection and chemotherapy two years prior. He now presented with two years of ptosis. Operative procedure: Left craniotomy for tumor resection. ---- A past CT shows a dural-based mass at the left superior orbital fissure.
