This is a hypercellular neoplasm consisting of cells with uniform round to oval, vesicular nuclei, with intranuclear clearing and occasional prominent nucleoli. Tumor cells have a moderate amount of eosinophilic to clear cytoplasm and the cells are arranged in sheets with occasional suggestion of whorling. Occasional mitoses are identified.
