Case 15 History (AANP 2004-Case 1) ---- The patient was a 88 year-old man with “several” months of slowly progressing right sided weakness and headaches. CT/MRI revealed a large lobulated tumor extending from the periventricular area to the paramedian cortex of the left frontal lobe and falx which was sub-totally removed. (AANP 2004-Case 1) ---- 15A1,2 The tumor consists of lobules of clear cells with collagenous septa and perivascular collagen (H&E)
