This is a hypercellular and hypervascular dural-based neoplasm with variable morphologic features. In most areas, the tumor cells are arranged in sheets and display moderate sized cells with round to oval nuclei, macronucleoli, and variable quantities of clear to eosinophilic cytoplasm.
