Case 25 History ---- The patient is a 76-year-old woman presenting with a 3.7 cm T2-hypointense, diffusely enhancing left occipital lobe mass, not clearly intra-axial or dural-based. Operative procedure: left occipital craniotomy for tumor resection. ---- 25A1-4 MRI studies show hyperintense FLAIR signal (25A1), hypointensity with T1-weighted scan which enhances with contrast along the rim (25A3), and hyperintensity with T2-weighted scan (25A4).
