25B1-6 H&E shows a proliferation of meningothelial-appearing cells with large, round/ovoid nuclei, vesicular chromatin, prominent nucleoli, and ample vacuolated/cleared out cytoplasm cell borders. Tumor cells have frequent nuclear pseudoinclusions and scattered grooves. Mitoses are rare (1/10HPF). Tumor cells are arranged predominantly in lobules with vague whorling. There are bands of keloidal collagen between tumor cell lobules. Large areas of the tumor are taken up by sclerotic, acellular, whorled collagen.
