H&E shows a proliferation of meningothelial-appearing cells with large, round/ovoid nuclei, vesicular chromatin, prominent nucleoli, and ample vacuolated/cleared out cytoplasm cell borders. Tumor cells have frequent nuclear pseudoinclusions and scattered grooves. Mitoses are rare (1/10HPF). Tumor cells are arranged predominantly in lobules with vague whorling
