Case 4 History ---- The patient was a 62-year-old woman with a left hemispheric brain tumor. ---- 4A1-3 The tumor consists of sheets of polygonal cells with clear cytoplasm. Focal areas show cells with meningothelial features, mostly vague whorls. There is extensive stromal and perivascular hyalinization. Mitotic figures are not easily identified. Some areas show cells with macronucleoli.
