Diastase-digestible material in the cytoplasm of the tumor cells establishes the presence of glycogen. ---- Ancillary studies (not shown): CD34 highlights the rich vascular network. The tumor cells are not reactive for progesterone receptor, cytokeratin CAM5.2, cytokeratin 7 and cytokeratin 20. The Ki-67 proliferation index is low. The histomorphologic features and special stains are consistent with the diagnosis of clear cell meningioma, WHO Grade.2.
