Case 6 History ---- The patient was a 16 year old girl with recent facial pain/numbness. She was found to have a cerebellopontine angle tumor on MRI, suspicious for trigeminal schwannoma. Operative procedure and findings: Resection of soft tan-brown granular tumor adherent to trigeminal nerve. ---- 6A1,2 MRI studies show a hyperintense mass as seen with T1-weighted contrast administered (6A1) and isointense mass T2-weighted image (6A2).
