The tumor shows strong widespread nuclear expression of progesterone receptor. ---- Ancillary studies (not shown): The tumor has an overall moderate Ki67 proliferation index that reaches ~8.8% in some areas. An S-100 immunostain demonstrates a few entrapped nerve rootlets.---- Comment: The overall findings are those of a clear cell meningioma, WHO grade 2.
