This is an extensively hyalinized and collagenized tumor with focal areas of sheeted cells characterized by cleared cytoplasm and polygonal shape. The nuclei of these neoplastic cells are predominantly round to ovoid, with finely granular chromatin, and occasional conspicuous nucleoli.
