Case 10 History ---- The patient is a 43 year old woman with a small, left temporal dural-based mass, consistent with meningioma. Operative procedure: Resection. ---- 10A1-3 This is a spindle cell neoplasm with a prominent fascicular growth pattern and intervening collagen deposition. The tumor cells are long, spindle shaped with elongated vesicular to normochromatic nuclei. Intranuclear holes are present focally. Mitoses are difficult to find and necrosis is not seen.
