Case 1 History ---- The patient is a 41-year-old woman with a history of a well-circumscribed, slightly T2 hyperintense enhancing 2 cm mass within the atrium of the left lateral ventricle, which was presumed to be meningioma; Stereotactic radiosurgery was performed one year prior at an outside hospital with persistent symptoms involving memory loss, confusion, and headache. Operative procedure: Left parietal craniotomy for tumor resection. ---- 1A1-4 MRI Studies: 1A1 This FLAIR study demonstrates the intraventricular location of the tumor and its isointensity with cortex.
