5B1-4 Histologic evaluation of sections of the tumor shows a proliferation of monomorphic spindle cells. The cells have elongated nuclei and inconspicuous nucleoli. Intranuclear pseudoinclusions and whorls are appreciated. The mitotic activity is very low; there is no small cell change, or necrosis.
