Ki-67 proliferation index highlights 1.8% of tumor cells (Ki67 IHC).---- The morphology is that of meningioma, fibrous type. The low mitotic rate, proliferation index, and the absence of necrosis, small cell change or prominent nucleoli are consistent with a low grade tumor, WHO grade I.
