Case 7 History ---- The patient is a 46-year-old female with no significant past medical history who presents with several months of progressive back pain and lower extremity paresthesias. MRI demonstrates a large circumferentially enhancing intradural extramedullary lesion just rostral to the conus at the T11- T12 level causing severe cord compression. Operative procedure: Thoracic laminectomy and resection of tumor with instrumented fusion. ---- 7A The tumor and its relationship with the spinal cord are seen.
