Tumor cells are positive for EMA. ---- Not shown: Progesterone receptor is positive in a minority of tumor nuclei. Proliferation marker Ki-67 shows reactivity limited to a small subset of tumor cell nuclei, reaching up to 5.2%. The histomorphological and immunohistochemical features are consistent with fibrous meningioma with mildly increased proliferative index, WHO grade I.
