Case 10 History ---- The patient was a 78 year old female with a history of multiple meningiomas by head CT admitted after hip fracture. A second surgery determined her anastomosis had leaked and was repaired. Her neurological exam showed major ischemic encephalopathy. She developed renal failure and ARDS and expired. ---- 10A1,2 At autopsy a large olfactory groove meningioma was discovered which compressed the overlying orbital surfaces of the frontal lobes.
