17A1,2 The left cerebellar hemisphere is compressed and distorted by a firm tan-white mass measuring 4.5 X 3.0 X 2.8 cm. There is no evidence of invasion of the cerebellar parenchyma. The right cerebellar hemisphere is unremarkable.
