Case 20 History ---- The patient is a 19 year old woman who presented with intermittent vision loss. Operative procedure: Parietal craniotomy and tumor resection. ---- Brain MRI studies showed an enhancing intravascular mass in the left ventricular trigone which was largely hypointense with surrounding periventricular edema as shown by FLAIR.
